Moving day coming for two Burnet County justices of the peace
MARBLE FALLS — Moving day is coming for two Burnet County justices of the peace, officials said.
Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Calvin Boyd and Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace Peggy Simon plan to hold court in new digs by the end of the month.
Moving the justices will save the county about $50,000, according to County Judge Donna Klaeger.
“That is a lot of money for this county,” Klaeger said.
