Gary Dean Flowers
Gary Dean Flowers, 58, of Buchanan Dam and formerly of Eunice, N.M., died Sept. 20, 2011, at his residence. He was born Oct. 23, 1952, to C.D. Flowers and Margery Ann (Huddelston) Flowers in Hobbs, N.M.
He retired from Conoco Phillips as operations manager for Polar Lights. Survivors include his mother; brothers Wayne Flowers and wife Phylis of Denton, and Dickey Flowers of Eunice, N.M.; sister Janet Collins and husband Arthur of Eunice, N.M.; four nieces; and a great niece.
He was preceded in death by his father.
A memorial service is 10 a.m. Oct. 1 at First United Methodist Church in Eunice, N.M.
A celebration of life will be held Oct. 15 at his home in Buchanan Dam.
