Emma Lee Taliaferro
Emma Lee Taliaferro, 89, of Highland Haven died Sept. 8, 2011. Born May 9, 1922, in Youngsport, she was the daughter of Andrew and Minnie (Taylor) Robinson.
She married Gratton Taliaferro Feb. 3, 1943. They moved to Marble Falls in 1989.
In addition to her husband of 68 years, survivors include daughter Sue Collier and husband Stan of Marble Falls; sons Jack Taliaferro and wife Becky of Cedar Park, and Jerry Taliaferro and wife Glenda of Marble Falls; nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Earlene Jordan; and brother Nelson Robinson.
A graveside service is 2 p.m. Sept. 10 at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park with Ralph Hathaway officiating.
