MARBLE FALLS — Months later, the manner in which the Marble Falls High School boys soccer team finished its season still gnaws at head coach Michael Nave.

So during a recent clinic sponsored by Major League Soccer’s FC Dallas, Nave had the chance to talk to head coach Schellas Hyndman and Notre Dame head coach Randy Waldrum about the result.

Nave told them the Mustangs had played a tremendous season, finishing as runners-up in District 51-4A and made history by sweeping Lake Travis and splitting games against Cedar Park Vista Ridge.
