Lady Dawgs shut out Taylor

BURNET — A two-run second inning was all Burnet High School junior softball pitcher Kristen Spinn needed. Good thing her teammates didn’t think that as the Lady Dawgs (15-10, 2-1) defeated Taylor 6-0 on March 29.

Savannah Erskine and Courtnie Crouch scored on back-to-back hits by Kati Maldonado and Hillary Foster in the second inning.
