PEC budget calls for 3 percent reduction in controllable costs
JOHNSON CITY — The Pedernales Electric Cooperative is calling for a 3 percent reduction in controllable costs for the 2011 operating budget, officials said this week.
The board also is meeting Jan. 29 to begin interviewing candidates for the chief executive officer’s spot. Juan Garza was asked to step down in June; Luis A. Garcia is the acting CEO.
