Flames named to all-district teams
MARBLE FALLS — Several Faith Academy of Marble Falls football players were named to all-district teams by coaches of Division I District 4 of the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools.
Named first-team all-district on defense were senior lineman Randy Burton and junior cornerback Peter Perkins.
Second team defensive all-district honors went to senior cornerback Travis Roeder.
Named defensive honorable mention were sophomore lineman Brian Freeman and sophomore linebacker Jason Byrd.
Offensive first-team all-district honors went to senior receiver Dalton Powell and sophomore spread back Jake Diamond.
Faith dominated the offensive second team: senior center Zach McAnally, senior running back Dylan Robichaux, utility back Burton and special teams player Diamond.
Freeman was honorable mention as a kicker.
