Celebration of service
Katherine Hilton (left) receives a certificate of appreciation from Burnet County Judge Donna Klaeger during the County Commissioners Court meeting March 30 in Burnet. Hilton is retiring after 21 years as the children’s librarian for the Herman Brown Free Library in Burnet. Also, (not pictured) the commissioners recognized Marble Falls librarian Eileen Smith for 14 years and County 911 Addressing Coordinator Alice Tippe for 22 years of service.
