Job description

Galloway Insurance Agency is hiring Insurance Professionals to service existing customers and generate new business for our well established agency. The goal is to build strong customer relationships through excellence in advice and service.

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales/Service Account Manager:

  • Property & Casualty license is preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Insurance experience is preferred
  • Financial services experience is a plus
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Life & Health license is a plus
  • Must be coachable
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales/Service Account Manager:

  • Develop insurance quotes, service existing business and close sales where applicable
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Develop new insurance service opportunities with both existing and new clients
  • Sell, solicit, service and negotiate insurance solutions based on the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolio
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Process all transfers and audit requests
