AUSTIN — The Lower Colorado River Authority’s plan to sell 32 of its water and wastewater utilities could take a toll on efforts by Burnet and Llano counties to create a regional water system, officials said.

At least five of the water systems LCRA wants to sell are within the planned service area of the Burnet-Llano County Regional Water Facility Study, officials said.
