Llano volleyball squad gets win against Burnet for playoff berth
LLANO — Needing a win against Burnet to qualify for the Class 3A playoffs, the Llano High School volleyball team got it Oct. 23.
The Lady Jackets (18-21, 6-4) won 25-19, 25-18, 25-23. The victory means Llano returns to the postseason for the first time since 2009. The loss for Burnet (8-23, 4-6) means the Lady Dawgs’ consecutive playoff appearances ends at four.
