Texas Striper Association holding tournament at Lake Buchanan March 24
BUCHANAN DAM — The Texas Striper Association is holding a fishing tournament March 24 at Lake Buchanan.
The event will be hosted out of the Edgewater Resort, 224 S. Winding Way.
The entry fee is $100 a boat for TSA members and $135 a boat for nonmembers.
Registration is 5:30 a.m. The captains meeting is 6 a.m., and all boats must be present. Each person in the boat must be registered.
Weigh-in is 3 p.m. at the resort. Competitors will weigh their two biggest stripers and/or hybrids. Anglers may use artificial or live bait. Payouts are for the heaviest fish and for total weight.
Lodging will be provided by the resort.
