Lady Dawgs lose to Harper
BURNET — The Burnet High School volleyball team lost to Harper 21-25, 25-23, 25-19, 13-25, 11-15 on Sept. 16.
Senior outside hitters Kati Maldonado and Kristen Spinn led the Lady Dawgs (14-12) with 18 and 12 kills and 28 and 27 digs, respectively. Senior Alli Styron also had 27 digs.
Senior setter Ali Eaton recorded 41 assists and four aces.
Freshman middle blocker Sarah Poe led with three blocks, while Maldonado added 2 1/2.
