Burnet Bulldogs begin football two-a-days in ‘pretty good shape’

BURNET — Those wondering what high school football athletes do on the first Monday in August don’t have to travel too far to find out – they’re on a football field.
The Burnet Bulldogs were no different as 113 athletes in grades 9-12 were dressed in green and gray and wearing their helmets for two separate practice sessions Aug. 6.
