Sweetwater head football coach, AD recommended for Llano top spot
LLANO — Sweetwater athletic director and head football coach Craig Slaughter will be recommended to the Llano Independent School District board of trustees April 2 to take the same position with the Yellowjackets.
Superintendent Dennis Hill made the announcement March 26.
“Craig separated himself from the other applicants,” Hill said. “His energy and enthusiasm showed through. He has a track record of getting a lot out of the athletes he’s worked with.”
The board will meet 6 p.m. in the O. Henry Building board room, 1502 Oatman St.
