FROM STAFF REPORTS

MARBLE FALLS — With spring around the corner, it’s time to address that wardrobe of yours. And before you rush out and break the credit card, we have a suggestion that will help you look your best without spending big.

It’s the Marble Falls Library Thrift Store.

“Wait, a thrift store?” you ask.

Yes.

If you’re still a bit hesitant, the thrift store is hosting its annual Style Show and Tea on March 18 at First United Methodist Church, 1101 Bluebonnet Drive. The event starts at 2 p.m., and tickets are $15.

The show offers a peek at some of the high-quality fashion and accessories available at the thrift store, 300 Ave. J in Marble Falls. And if you see something you like during the show, it will be available the next day at the store.

Sugar Mama Cookies is catering the tea, while Rebecca Nunnally is serving as the master of ceremonies.

All the proceeds benefit the Marble Falls Public Library.

Call the thrift store at (830) 693-5120 for more information.
