Burnet girls basketball squad falls 53-31 to Goldthwaite
BURNET — The Burnet High School girls basketball team lost 53-31 to Goldthwaite on Nov. 26.
The Lady Eagles took a 26-14 lead at the half. Though the Lady Dawgs (6-4) trimmed the deficit to 37-27 by the start of the fourth period, Goldthwaite dropped in 16 points and only allowed four.
