Manzano Rotary Ranch Run announced

SMITHWICK — Olympian Leonel Manzano and the Marble Falls Daybreak Rotary Club present the Manzano Rotary Ranch Run 2008 at Boulder Creek Farms Nov. 15.

The event starts at 8 a.m. There will be a 1.5K, 5K and 10K run. Early registration ends Nov. 8. 

The entry fee for high school students and under is $15; adults $25. Add $5 for race-day registration.

Boulder Creek Farms is located at 7420 RR 1431 East,  seven miles east of Marble Falls. 

All proceeds benefit the Marble Falls Daybreak Rotary Club, the Highland Lakes Track Club and their charitable programs. 

Manzano is a 2004 Marble Falls High School graduate and a member of the U.S. Olympic team who ran the 1,500-meter race during the Summer 2008 Olympics in Beijing.
