Diego Barajas-Leon, 20, of Marble Falls was arrested Oct. 16 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of less than 1 gram. Released on Oct. 16 on $2,500 in bonds.
Matthew Justin Cook, 59, of Kingsland was arrested Oct. 16 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Released on Oct. 21, credit time served.
Chase Loyd Gaines, 33, of Meadowlakes was arrested Oct. 16 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): driving while intoxicated. Released on Oct. 16 on $1,500 in bonds.
William John Gehrke, 61, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 16 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): theft of property valued more than $100 but less than $750, violation of a bond or protective order two times or more within 12 months. Released on Oct. 17 on $20,500 in bonds.
Julia Jo Hebert, 52, of Cedar Park was arrested Oct. 16 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram.
Andrew McNeil Hopkins, 40, of Austin was arrested Oct. 16 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): expired license plate registration. Released on Oct. 17 on $250 in bonds.
Jesse Rodgers Hunt, 43, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 16 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): burglary of a habitation.
Christopher Aaron Reaves, 33, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested Oct. 16 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of visual material depicting sexual assault, two counts, possession or access of child pornography or sexual conduct, invasive visual recording of a bathroom or dressing room.
Christopher Kyle Ward, 52, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 16 by Texas Parks and Wildlife (TPW): driving while intoxicated. Released on Oct. 17 on $1,500 in bonds.
Xavier Gunter Dubose, 22, of Kingsland was arrested Oct. 17 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): violating a promise to appear, speeding 15 miles or more over the speed limit. Released on Oct. 18 on $500 in bonds.
Latriva Danielle Johnson, 21, of Abilene was arrested Oct. 17 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): assault causing bodily injury. Released on Oct. 17 on $2,500 in bonds.
Oleta Mae Kelley-Roy, 35, of Kempner was arrested Oct. 17 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): abandoning or endangering a child with intent to return. Released on Oct. 18 on $20,000 in bonds.
Stevie Ray Roy, 32, of Kempner was arrested Oct. 17 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): abandoning or endangering a child with intent to return. Released on Oct. 18 on $20,000 in bonds.
Anthony Miguel Alvarez, 22, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 18 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault causing bodily injury, family violence. Released on Oct. 19 on $2,500 in bonds.
Carlos Arualdo Galvan-Galvan, 25, of Marble Falls was arrested Oct. 18 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated. Released on Oct. 18 on $1,500 in bonds.
Xavier Tyrez Haynes, 28, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 18 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): failure to maintain financial responsibility, no driver’s license, speeding in a work zone, no valid driver’s license, violating a promise to appear. Released on Oct. 22 on $2,500 in bonds.
Sierra Lee Torres, 27, of Granite Shoals was arrested Oct. 18 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): speeding 15 miles or more over the speed limit. Released on Oct. 19, paid fine.
Christopher Lee Henderson, 50, was arrested Oct. 20 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated, third charge or more, no driver’s license.
Jeremiah Joel Heuton, 40, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 20 by the Burnet County Constable (CONST4): criminal mischief of more than $2,500 but less than $30,000, burglary of a building. Released on Oct. 21 on $20,000 in bonds.
Trinity Allen Marietti, 43, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 20 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated.
Noah Riley Monks, 24, of Austin was arrested Oct. 20 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): speeding, 81 mph in a 60 mph zone, expired license plate registration. Released on Oct. 21 on $500 in bonds.
Cory Aaron Payne, 27, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested Oct. 20 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated. Released on Oct. 20 on $10,000 in bonds.
Cruz Castillo, 25, of Spicewood was arrested Oct. 21 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of less than 1 gram.

Edward Hershall Alman, 47, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 22 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle with a previous conviction, felony bail jumping and failure to appear.
