Josue Luis Delagarza, 24, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 28 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Candido Ray Delahoya, 36, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested Aug. 28 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): bond insufficient, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams, bond insufficient, assault of a peace officer or judge. Released on Aug. 30 on $150,000 in bonds.

James David Evans Jr., 33, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 28 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): public intoxication. Released on Aug. 31, credit time served.

Payton Shawn Khan, 28, of Bertram was arrested Aug. 28 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): interfering with an emergency request for assistance, assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

Nicole Lynne Kingsbury, 26, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 28 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.15 or greater. Released on Aug. 30, credit time served.

Jehonatan Saul Ornelas, 18, of Granite Shoals was arrested Aug. 28 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): indecency with a child by sexual contact, two counts, sexual assault of a child, two counts. Released on Sept. 3 on $80,000 in bonds.

Denzell Raisell Owens, 36, of Houston was arrested Aug. 28 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, manslaughter.

Kevin Quintanilla Jaramillo, 47, of Floresville was arrested Aug. 29 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): violation of a bond or protective order two or more times within 12 months. Released on Aug. 30 on $75,000 in bonds.

Cody Allen Shaw, 34, of Early was arrested Aug. 29 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while intoxicated. Released on Aug. 29 on $2,000 in bonds.

Tyler Gene Aguilar, 30, of Brady was arrested Aug. 30 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): organized retail theft of more than $750 but less than $2,500. Released on Sept. 2 on $2,500 in bonds.

Jami Carl Evans, 36, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 30 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated. Released on Aug. 30 on $1,500 in bonds.

Jesus Adrian Gonzalez, 34, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 30 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): theft of property of more than $100 but less than $750. Released on Aug. 31 on $1,500 in bonds.

Sierra Sky Morell, 30, of Cedar Park was arrested Aug. 30 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Released on Aug. 31 on $5,000 in bonds.

Jesse James Musser, 38, of College Station was arrested Aug. 30 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram.

Oliver Ortiz-Gonzales, 17, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 30 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): criminal mischief of more than $2,500 but less than $30,000. Released on Aug. 31 on $2,500 in bonds.

Mark Anthony Rodriguez, 30, of Brady was arrested Aug. 30 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): organized retail theft of more than $750 but less than $2,500. Released on Sept. 3 on $7,500 in bonds.

Zane Andrew Stedman, 34, of Meadowlakes was arrested Aug. 30 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of marijuana of less than 2 ounces. Released on Aug. 30 on $1,500 in bonds.

Shane Douglas Whitgrove, 32, of Brady was arrested Aug. 30 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): organized retail theft of more than $750 but less than $2,500.

Ruben Tyler Crawford, 28, of Stephenville was arrested Aug. 31 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.15 or greater. Released on Aug. 31 on $10,000 in bonds.

Luis Angel Diaz, 38, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested Aug. 31 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): theft of property valued more than $100 but less than $750, two counts, burglary of vehicles, unlawful use of criminal instrumentation, bail jumping and failure to appear as a felon.

Audrina Koryn Dohnalik, 17, of Granite Shoals was arrested Aug. 31 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): criminal mischief of more than $2,500 but less than $30,000. Released on Sept. 1 on $2,500 in bonds.

Jami Leigh Franke, 49, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 31 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, driving while intoxicated, third charge or more.

Anthony Lee Ozuna, 25, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested Aug. 31 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): evading arrest or detention with a vehicle or watercraft.

Layne Isaac Smallwood, 20, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 31 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): assault causing bodily injury to a family member, interfering with an emergency request for assistance. Released on Sept. 2 on $3,000 in bonds.

Francisco Miguel Arredondo, 36, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 1 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while license invalid, failure to maintain financial responsibility. Released on Sept. 2 on $500 in bonds.

Joshua Birdsong Sr., 32, of Tow was arrested Sept. 1 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): no driver’s license, expired license plate registration. Released on Sept. 1 on $500 in bonds.

Johnathan Altyron Harris, 29, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 1 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): interfering with public duties. Released on Sept. 2 on $500 in bonds.

Ramiro Antonio Montemayor, 38, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 1 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): failure to yield right of way. Released on Sept. 1, paid fine.

Cole Braxton Cowdrey, 21, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 3 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.15 or greater. Released on Sept. 3 on $3,000 in bonds.

Thomas Michael Crow, 57, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 3 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): theft of property valued more than $100 but less than $750.

Colton Sisu Erickson, 37, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 3 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.15 or greater.

Roy Gene Fowler, 55, of Granite Shoals was arrested Sept. 3 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility. Released on Sept. 3 on $4,000 in bonds.

Phillip John Hatfield, 44, of Buchanan Dam was arrested Sept. 3 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): unlawful carry of a weapon.

Jazmyn Paige Long, 20, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 3 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): aggravated assault of a date, family, or household member with a weapon causing serious bodily injury, terroristic threat of the family or household, assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

Desiree McMilen, 24, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 3 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): possession or use of an inhalant or ingesting a volatile chemical.

Randy Lee Nuttall, 59, of Lometa was arrested Sept. 3 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a dangerous drug. Released on Sept. 3 on $5,000 in bonds.

Joseph Edward Roblee, 25, of Liberty Hill was arrested Sept. 3 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): theft of property valued more than $750 but less than $2,500.
