Mustangs baseball team loses second district game

LEANDER — Marble Falls High School head baseball coach David Norwood summed up his team’s 9-6 loss to Leander Rouse on March 15 in one way:

“Gotta throw strikes,” he said. “End of story.”

After Rouse scored two runs in the first inning and four in the second, Marble Falls (6-9, 0-2) rallied to tie the game 6-6 in the sixth.
