Curtis Lee Conely, 64, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 26 by BCSO: possession of a controlled substance (2 counts). Released Sept. 27 on $25,000 in bonds.

Steven Loron Dunagan, 39, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 26 by BCSO: publishing/threatening to publish intimate visual materials.

Joe Flores III, 48, of Bertram was arrested Sept. 26 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): continuous violence against the family. Released Sept. 27 on $50,000 bond.

Joel Adriano Gallardo-Chavez, 28, was arrested Sept. 26 by BCSO: Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer. Released Sept. 27 to ICE.

Joshua James Heflin, 50, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 26 by BCSO: violation of bond/protective order. Released same day on $10,000 bond.

Gilberto Hernandez-Alfaro, 45, of Austin was arrested Sept. 26 by BCSO: ICE detainer. Released Sept. 27 to ICE.

Andrew James McCormick, 21, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 26 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): motion to revoke probation-assault causing bodily injury.

Rio Kyle Myers, 34, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 26 by BPD: criminal mischief. Released same day on $1,500 bond.

Brant Monroe Nichols, 56, of Buchanan Dam was arrested Sept. 26 by BPD: possession of a controlled substance.

Vincent Dennis Persico, 79, of Buchanan Dam was arrested Sept. 26 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): criminal trespass. Released Sept. 27 on personal recognizance.

Olin Aaron Scobie, 49, of Waco was arrested Sept. 26 by BPD: possession of drug paraphernalia. Released same day on personal recognizance.

Juan Suarez-Garcia, 31, was arrested Sept. 26 by BCSO: ICE detainer. Released Sept. 27 to ICE.
