Ark clay shoot benefits Transformational Living program

Ark of Highland Lakes holds its fifth annual sporting clay shoot fundraiser Oct. 11 at Copperhead Creek Shooting Club, 7030 RR 1431 East in Marble Falls.
Registration begins at 8 a.m. A shotgun start is at 9 a.m. Competitors should bring or purchase on site 100 rounds of ammo for 100 sporting clays.
Clay shoot entry is $500 per four-person team or $150 per individual shooter. First responder teams can compete for free. Sponsorships are available. Register at the link.
The fundraising clay shoot features raffles, a free barbecue lunch and awards for competitors, and more.
Ark of Highland Lakes will use proceeds from the clay shoot to support its efforts of meeting the “physical, spiritual, and emotional” needs of the community. Much of the money will go toward the nonprofit’s Transformational Living program, which aims to break generational cycles of poverty.
