Brigette Rena Byler, 48, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 12 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of a controlled substance. Released Sept. 15 on personal recognizance.

Axel Adair Duarte, 19, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 12 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): assault causing bodily injury-family violence. Released Sept. 13 on $2,500 bond.

Alfonso Saint Gallardo, 54, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 12 by BPD: driving while license is invalid.

Tristan Aron Hanson, 30, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 12 by MFPD: driving while license is invalid.

Julia Jo Hebert, 49, of Austin was arrested Sept. 12 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): insufficient bond-possession of a controlled substance.

Deana Lynn Heflin, 55, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 12 by BCSO: insufficient bond-theft of property. Released same day on $25,000 bond.

Rodrigo Limon, 25, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 12 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while intoxicated.

Emily Danielle Matthews, 46, of Killeen was arrested Sept. 12 by MFPD: driving while license is invalid. Released Sept. 13 on $1,500 bond.

Austin Jade Mays, 31, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 12 by BCSO: commitment-aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Released Sept. 14 on credit for time served.

Sonny Stinnett Oxford, 30, of San Marcos was arrested Sept. 12 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): duty on striking structure/fixture on highway. Released Sept. 13 on $1,500 bond.

Oscar Arturo Rodela, 46, of McAllen was arrested Sept. 12 by BCSO: bail jumping/failure to appear. Released Sept. 13 on $30,000 bond.

Ryan Leigh Zimmerman, 43, of Lago Vista was arrested Sept. 12 by MFPD: driving while license is invalid. Released Sept. 13 on $1,500 bond.

Jesus Angel Barajas, 19, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 13 by MFPD: assault on a family/household member. Released Sept. 15 on $25,000 bond.

Robert Tyler Hyde, 30, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 13 by BCSO: parole violation. Released Sept. 16 after parole hold denied.

Rodrigo Zagada Limon, 26, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 13 by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE): detainer.

Dylan Gage Malm, 19, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 13 by MFPD: aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Kody Eldon Smith, 20, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 13 by MFPD: assault causing bodily injury. Released same day on $5,000 bond.

Case Lane Trevino, 19, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 13 by BCSO: aggravated sexual assault of a child (2 counts), indecency with a child-sexual contact. Released same day on $125,000 in bonds.

Dain Jonathan Cantor, 41, of Spicewood was arrested Sept. 14 by BCSO: continuous violence against the family, terroristic threat of a family/household member.

Victor Manuel DeJesus, 30, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 14 by MFPD: driving while license is invalid, capias pro fine-driving while license is invalid, capias pro fine-failure to maintain financial responsibility. Released Sept. 17 on credit for time served.

Teresa Rodriguez Roman, 50, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 14 by GSPD: capias pro fine-parent/guardian contributing to truant conduct, capias pro fine-driving while license is invalid, capias pro fine-failure to provide proof of financial responsibility, capias pro fine-failure to appear, driving while license is invalid, failure to maintain financial responsibility. Released Sept. 18 after paying a fine.

Jose Trinidad Suarez-Suarez, 35, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 14 by BPD: driving while intoxicated. Released Sept. 15 on $5,000 bond.

Louis Alton Cozby, 63, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 15 by BPD: capias pro fine-assault. Released same day after paying a fine.

Richard Glen Fortner, 40, of Bertram was arrested Sept. 15 by BCSO: assault causing bodily injury-family violence, interfering with an emergency request for assistance. Released same day on $10,000 in bonds.

David Christian Peterson, 35, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 16 by BPD: driving while intoxicated, driving while license is invalid, possession of marijuana. Released Sept. 17 on $28,000 in bonds.

John Cole Stout, 40, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 16 by GSPD: failure to appear, expired registration. Released Sept. 17 on $1,000 in bonds.

Terrence Bryan Jennings, 27, of Horseshoe Bay was arrested Sept. 17 by the Horseshoe Bay Police Department (HBPD): injury to a child/elderly/disabled person. Released Sept. 18 on $10,000 bond.
