Eli Roy Bernal, 33, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 4 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, theft of material aluminum, bronze, copper, or brass of less than $20,000. Released on Sept. 6, credit time served.

Aundrea Tennile Brooks, 49, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 4 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams.

Shellie Renae Broyles, 58, of Fulshear was arrested Sept. 4 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol. Released on Sept. 4 on $1,500 in bonds.

Edna Easter Hatfield, 54, of Horseshoe Bay was arrested Sept. 4 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated. Released on Sept. 5 on $1,500 in bonds.

Tyler Wayne Leck, 29, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 4 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams.

Alice Marie Lerma, 52, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 4 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): failure to appear, criminal trespassing.

Philip Austin Morris, 46, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 4 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams, fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, number of items less than five, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair.

Robbie Donald Savidge, 57, of Wimberly was arrested Sept. 4 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated, third charge or more.

Ethan Maurice Strong, 26, of Temple was arrested Sept. 4 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams. Released on Sept. 6, credit time served.

Leonardo David Deleon, 24, of Bertram was arrested Sept. 5 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Released on Sept. 6 on $2,500 in bonds.

Isaac Daniel Gonzales, 26, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 5 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): interfering with an emergency request for assistance. Released on Sept. 5 on $10,000 in bonds.

Gary Michael Martinez, 61, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 5 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): driving while license invalid. Released on Sept. 8, laid out fine.

Richard Samora Mendez, 48, of New Braunfels was arrested Sept. 5 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): unlawful carry of a weapon, theft of property valued more than $100 but less than $750. Released on Sept. 6 on $7,500 in bonds.

Carmen Del Pilar Datica-Blanchard, 50, of San Antonio was arrested Sept. 6 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): interfering with public duties, failure to identify to a peace officer. Released on Sept. 7 on $2,000 in bonds.

Aaron Riley Inge, 24, of Tow was arrested Sept. 6 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): obstruction or retaliation, public intoxication. Released on Sept. 7 on $20,500 in bonds.

Eloy Raul Ochoa, 30, of Austin was arrested Sept. 6 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): public intoxication. Released on Sept. 6 on $250 in bonds.

Ruben Soto Rodriguez, 25, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 6 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): public intoxication. Released on Sept. 6 on $250 in bonds.

Lamar Villa, 57, of Bertram was arrested Sept. 6 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): driving with license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility. Released on Sept. 7 on $1,500 in bonds.

Jordan Ryan Cochran, 25, of Liberty Hill was arrested Sept. 7 by the Department of Public Safety (DPS): unauthorized use of a vehicle, two counts. Released on Sept. 8 on $10,000 in bonds.

Joyce Penelope Ortegon-Gonzalez, 34, of Round Rock was arrested Sept. 7 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): abandoning or endangering a child with criminal negligence, assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Released on Sept. 8 on $7,500 in bonds.

Steven Bradley Baughman, 60, of Round Rock was arrested Sept. 8 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams, possession of marijuana, fleeing a police officer. Released on Sept. 8 on $58,000 in bonds.

David Eggbert Evans, 57, of San Antonio was arrested Sept. 8 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): public intoxication.

Blaine Irving Frankum, 17, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 8 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of less than 1 gram. Released on Sept. 10 on $5,000 in bonds.

Rusty Lynn Jones, 40, of Leander was arrested Sept. 8 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): driving while intoxicated, third charge or more.

Blaine Allen Posey, 32, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 8 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container, possession of marijuana of less than 2 ounces. Released on Sept. 8 on $9,000 in bonds.

James Randell Price, 41, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 8 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): assault of a family or household member by impeding breathing or circulation, violation of a bond or protective order.

Zachary Winston Baptist, 42, of Huntington was arrested Sept. 9 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams.

Harley Ray Dobbs, 21, of Buchanan Dam was arrested Sept. 9 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): burglary of vehicles. Released on Sept. 9 on $5,000 in bonds.

Kelly Kyle King, 48, of Bertram was arrested Sept. 9 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): sex offender’s duty to register for life or annually.

Margaret Castillo Ramirez, 72, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 9 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated, second charge. Released on Sept. 9 on $5,000 in bonds.

Robert James Thurber, 39, of Austin was arrested Sept. 9 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): failure to appear, credit card or debit card abuse, burglary of vehicle.

Markie Lee Torres, 43, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 9 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): driving while license invalid, driving with license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility. Released on Sept. 10 on $2,000 in bonds.

Shane Douglas Whitgrove, 32, of Brady was arrested Sept. 9 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): parole violation.

Jose Israel Arellano-De La Cruz, 32, of Granite Shoals was arrested Sept. 10 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): no driver’s license.

Jesse Robert Leppert, 45, of Leander was arrested Sept. 10 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): public intoxication with three prior convictions.

Dakota Ryan Palmer, 36, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 10 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams. Released on Sept. 10 on $35,000 in bonds.

Yuilana Ruiz, 22, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 10 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): failure to appear, collision involving damage to a vehicle of more than $200. Released on Sept. 10 on $3,000 in bonds.

Bryan James Snyder, 27, of Lometa was arrested Sept. 10 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): bench warrant.
