Madison Brooke Waggoner, 28, of Leander was arrested July 24 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams. Released on July 27, credit time served.
Kaylee-Ann Applegate, 18, of Burnet was arrested July 25 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Released on July 25 on $2,500 in bonds.
Javier Cuauhtemoc Chavira, 30, of San Antonio was arrested July 25 by the Department of Public Safety (DPS): possession of marijuana of less than 2 ounces. Released on July 26 on $1,500 in bonds.
Tina Marie Garza, 41, of Burnet was arrested July 25 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): criminal trespassing of a habitation, shelter, superfund, or infrastructure, public intoxication.
Phillip John Hatfield, 44, of Buchanan Dam was arrested July 25 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): failure to appear, unlawful carry of a weapon. Released on July 25 on $5,000 in bonds.
Randy Wayne Hodges, 51, of Burnet was arrested July 25 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): driving while license invalid, driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility.
Gregory Jay Scott, 70, of Marble Falls was arrested July 25 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated, third charge or more.
Eric Gavin Selinger, 59, of Midland was arrested July 25 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while intoxicated, second charge. Released on July 25 on $2,500 in bonds.
Alonso Aguilar-Palmas, 48, of Granite Shoals was arrested July 26 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): continuous violence against the family.
Jennifer Nicole Denning, 41, of Bertram was arrested July 26 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): speeding less than 10 percent above the posted limit, failure to appear, failure to maintain financial responsibility, two counts, no drivers license when unlicensed, driver not secured by safety belt, riding in a passenger vehicle without being secured by a safety belt. Released on July 26 on $1,750 in bonds.
Karina Isabel Flores-Velazquez, 30, of Kingsland was arrested July 26 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, driving with an open container of alcohol, failure to appear.
Terra Beth King, 37, of Bertram was arrested July 26 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility. Released on July 27 on $2,500 in bonds.
Alyssa Brooke Box, 28, of Burnet was arrested July 27 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): failure to maintain financial responsibility. Released on July 28 on $500 in bonds.
Christopher Gentry Collins, 30, of Lampasas was arrested July 27 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): public intoxication.

Anthony Lee Ozuna, 25, of Marble Falls was arrested July 27 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): no driver’s license, failure to maintain financial responsibility, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle or watercraft. Released on July 29 on $2,500 in bonds.

Derrelexis Dewayne Betts Jr., 19, of Dekalb was arrested July 28 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): theft of a firearm.
