Marble Falls launches text-based notification system

Marble Falls residents can now stay updated on city news and services through a new notification system, Textedly.
Sign up to receive notifications that include general announcements, schedule changes, and important service updates from trash collection schedules to routine city communications.
To enroll, residents can text “MARBLEFALLS” to 855-892-9902. Standard message and data rates may apply, and residents can opt out at any time.
“Through this system, we can give people updates regarding the water system, utility system, enrollments in programs from youth sports to downtown events, etc,” City Manager Caleb Kraenzel said in a city council meeting.
