James Christopher Cole, 51, of Marble Falls was arrested Dec. 19 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of less than 1 gram. Released on Dec. 20 on $30,000 in bonds.
Carlos Nicolas Cuellar-Monzon, 28, of Granite Shoals was arrested Dec. 19 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Cosme Alonzo Diaz Jr., 29, of Hamilton was arrested Dec. 19 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault of a peace officer or judge. Released on Dec. 19 on $15,000 in bonds.
Jordan Mahealani Saujun Gibson, 31, of Meadowlakes was arrested Dec. 19 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault of a family or household member impeding circulation. Released on Dec. 19 on $15,000 in bonds.
Jordan Lee Hernandez, 35, of Marble Falls was arrested Dec. 19 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia. Released on Dec. 20 on $1,000 in bonds.
Jeremiah Alan James, 26, of Buchanan was arrested Dec. 19 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): driving without a valid license with a previous conviction. Released on Dec. 20 on $1,500 in bonds.
Jesse Robert Leppert, 44, of Burnet was arrested Dec. 19 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): criminal trespassing, public intoxication with three prior convictions.
Jose Miguel Mejia, 40, of Houston was arrested Dec. 19 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams. Released on Dec. 19 on $50,000 in bonds.
Laiha Michelle Peterson, 33, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested Dec. 19 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): theft of property of more than $750 but less than $2,500. Released on Dec. 22 on $5,000 in bonds.
PR Pylant, 47, of Llano was arrested Dec. 19 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated, assault causing bodily injury.
Chanel Nichole Stone, 40, of Burnet was arrested Dec. 19 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams. Released on Dec. 21, time served.
Eduardo Alonzo Uribe, 41, of Marble Falls was arrested Dec. 19 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams, driving while intoxicated. Released on Dec. 21 on $10,000 in bonds, time served.

Rebecca Fay Jowers, 50, of Granite Shoals was arrested Dec. 20 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving without a valid license with a previous conviction, possession of marijuana of under 2 ounces.
James Koty Reese, 47, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested Dec. 20 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): expired vehicle registration, expired drivers license, displaying expired registration. Released on Dec. 22 on $750 in bonds.
Nenad Bulat, 21, of Austin was arrested Dec. 21 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): unlicensed carry of a firearm, possession of a dangerous drug. Released on Dec. 22 on $5,000 in bonds.
Brandon Michael Goff, 33, of Granite Shoals was arrested Dec. 21 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): collision resulting in damage to a structure adjacent to a highway fixture of greater than $200, continuous violence against the family, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Micah Adian Suarez, 23, of Austin was arrested Dec. 22 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): burglary of a habitation.

Mike Lyn Cozby, 57, of Granite Shoals was arrested Dec. 23 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated, second charge, unlicensed carry of a firearm.
Harrison Woodrow Johnson, 34, of Austin was arrested on Dec. 23 by the Department of Public Safety (DPS): possession of marijuana of less than 2 ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia. Released on Dec. 23 on $2,000.
Jose Antonio Olvera-Medina, 24, of Marble Falls was arrested on Dec. 23 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): speeding of more than 10% above the posted limit, driving without a valid license.
