The following people were arrested and booked into the Burnet County Jail from Oct. 10-16, 2025, according to the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office. City of residence and release information are listed when available. This list does not constitute an official court document, and all persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Orithia James Culp, 45, of Marble Falls was arrested Oct. 10 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): tamper/fabricate physical evidence, possession of marijuana. Released Oct. 11 on $7,500 in bonds.

Stephanie Rayleigh Greenwood, 28, of Llano was arrested Oct. 10 by BCSO: commitment-possession of a controlled substance. Released Oct. 12 on credit for time served.

Israel Guzman, 30, of Granite Shoals was arrested Oct. 10 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): driving while license is invalid. Released Oct. 11 on $1,500 bond.

Bryon Tony McDuffee, 48, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 10 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while license is invalid. Released same day on $1,500 bond.

Evaristo Adrian Robles, 48, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 10 by BCSO: violation of bond/protective order. Released Oct. 12 after a weekend commmitment.

Omar Roberto Rodriguez Jr., 24, of Marble Falls was arrested Oct. 10 by BCSO: capias pro fine-animal estray/at large. Released same day on $15,000 bond.

Paul Joseph Rogers IV, 67, of Buchanan Dam was arrested Oct. 10 by the Burnet County Precinct 1 constable (CONST1): expired driver’s license. Released same day on $250 bond.

Edwin Salazar-Gavarrette, 29, was arrested Oct. 10 by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE): detainer. Released Oct. 11 to ICE.

Dillon Michael Wozniak, 29, of Rockdale was arrested Oct. 10 by BPD: motion to revoke probation-forgery of a government instrument. Released Oct. 16 to outside agency.

Erick Kevin Beltran-Tovar, 28, of Granberry was arrested Oct. 11 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): motion to revoke probation-sexual assault of a child.

Kevin Mark Condron, 49, of Bertram was arrested Oct. 11 by MFPD: possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Released Oct. 12 on $8,000 in bonds.

Christopher Oren Laird, 51, of Kingsland was arrested Oct. 11 by MFPD: possession of a controlled substance, criminal trespass, public intoxication. Released Oct. 12 on $7,000 in bonds.

Estephanie Uribe, 19, of Granite Shoals was arrested Oct. 11 by GSPD: assault causing bodily injury.

Allen Jeffry Walker, 44, of Marble Falls was arrested Oct. 11 by BCSO: assault causing bodily injury, violation of bond/protective order, bond revocation-interfering with an emergency request for assistance. Released Oct. 12 on $22,500 in bonds.

Brittany LeeAnn Breeden, 44, of Round Mountain was arrested Oct. 12 by BPD: possession of a dangerous drug.

Mathew Nazzerino Defelice, 54, of Bertram was arrested Oct. 12 by BCSO: driving while intoxicated. Released same day on $1,500 bond.

Tracy Lynn Defelice, 62, of Bertram was arrested Oct. 12 by BCSO: possession of a controlled substance. Released same day on $7,500 bond.

Bryce George Gantt, 23, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 12 by BPD: failure to appear, failure to stop at a designated point, failure to maintain financial responsibility. Released same day on $2,500 in bonds.

Carson Levi McCorkle, 17, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 12 by BCSO: driving while intoxicated. Released same day on $2,500 bond.

Terry Millianoes, 43, of Liberty Hill was arrested Oct. 12 by BPD: manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.

Israel Geronimo Martinez, 37, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 13 by GSPD: possession of a controlled substance. Released Oct. 14 on $5,000 bond.

Christopher Cody Simons, 34, of Bertram was arrested Oct. 13 by BPD: driving while license is invalid. Released Oct. 14 on $1,500 bond.

Aaron Christopher Castilleja, 28, of Spicewood was arrested Oct. 14 by BCSO: obstructing highway/passageway. Released Oct. 15 on personal recognizance.

Xavier Isaiah Chavez-Briseno, 23, of Del Valle was arrested Oct. 14 by BCSO: bond violation-driving while intoxicated. Released Oct. 16 on $7,500 bond.

Timothy Aaron Riley, 47, of Marble Falls was arrested Oct. 14 by BCSO: false drug test/falsification device. Released same day on $1,500 bond.

Robert Fonseca, 19, of Marble Falls was arrested Oct. 15 by BCSO: insufficient bond-evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, reckless driving.

Tina Renee Lopez, 50, of Austin was arrested Oct. 15 by BCSO: aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Mariano Mandragon-Ruiz, 45, was arrested Oct. 15 by BCSO: ICE detainer.

Ignacio Mila-Bautista, 34, was arrested Oct. 15 by BCSO: ICE detainer.

Timothy Aaron, 47, of Marble Falls was arrested Oct. 15 by BCSO: insufficient bond-injury to a child/elderly/disabled person, insufficient bond-assault.

Riddle Yves Thelus, 35, of Midland was arrested Oct. 15 by BCSO: commitment-driving while intoxicated.

Alexander Joseph Cuevas, 24, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 16 by BCSO: insufficient bond-driving while intoxicated.

Alfonso Saint Gallardo, 54, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 16 by BCSO: driving while license is invalid. Released same day on $5,000 in bonds.

Tessa Melanie Garrett, 42, of Kingsland was arrested Oct. 16 by MFPD: failure to maintain financial responsibility, defective head lamps.

Brian Scott Guenst Jr., 36, of Kingsland was arrested Oct. 16 by BCSO: insufficient bond-assault causing bodily injury-family violence, insufficient bond-violation of bond/protective order, insufficient bond-possession of a controlled substance, insufficient bond-driving while license is invalid.

Ryan Anthony Marshall, 39, of Granite Shoals was arrested Oct. 16 by GSPD: parole violation.

Joel James Reynolds, 37, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 16 by BCSO: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Alfonso Rodriguez Jr., 36, of Granite Shoals was arrested Oct. 16 by GSPD: bail jumping, failure to appear-theft of property, failure to appear-bail jumping and failure to appear.
