Burnet County Jail bookings for Sept. 5-11, 2025

The following people were arrested and booked into the Burnet County Jail from Sept. 5-11, 2025, according to the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office. City of residence and release information are listed when available. This list does not constitute an official court document, and all persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Shoquan Allen, 30, of Copperas Cove was arrested Sept. 5 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): sexual abuse of a child-continous.

Andrew Matthew Arrey, 38, of Point Venture was arrested Sept. 5 by BCSO: failure to appear-unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

Tino Carter, 56, of Canyon Lake was arrested Sept. 5 by BCSO: failure to appear-driving while intoxicated, bail jumping/failure to appear.

Jose Francisco Delgado, 33, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 5 by BCSO: failure to appear-possession of a controlled substance.

Andria G. Gonzalez, 40, of San Antonio was arrested Sept. 5 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, bond forfeiture-failure to appear-possession of a controlled substance, insufficent bond-possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear-failure to identify as a fugitive from justice. Released Sept. 8 to an outside agency.

Kalan LeJeune, 57, of Buchanan Dam was arrested Sept. 5 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while license is invalid.

Nicholas Michael Lozano, 21, of Midland was arrested Sept. 5 by BCSO: failure to appear-possession of marijuana.

Zachary Keith McDaniel, 61, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 5 by BCSO: surety surrender-indecent exposure.

Miguel Rangel-Bolanegra, 26, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 5 by GSPD: no driver’s license.

Marvin Travis Light, 39, of Bertram was arrested Sept. 7 by BCSO: failure to comply with sex offender’s duty to register. Released same day on $5,000 bond.

Seth Parker Aaron, 29, of Dripping Springs was arrested Sept. 8 by BCSO: insufficient bond-possession of a controlled substance. Released Sept. 9 on $5,000 bond.

Cordney Latroy Black, 46, of Granite Shoals was arrested Sept. 8 by BCSO: surety surrender-theft of property. Released Sept. 11 on credit for time served.

Asa Dwayne Dagley, 57, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 8 by BPD: driving while license is invalid. Released Sept. 11 on $1,500 bond.

Estephan Rey Esposito Jr., 31, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 8 by BCSO: commitment-unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

Ryan Anthony Lopez, 39, of Pleasonton was arrested Sept. 8 by BCSO: failure to appear-aggravated assault against a public servant, failure to appear-evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, surety surrender-unlawfully carrying a weapon, bail jumping/failure to appear.

Carl Thomas Loudermilk, 31, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 8 by BCSO: surety surrender-assault causing bodily injury-family violence, surety surrender-violation of bond/protective order.

Edward Fuentes Martinez Jr., 31, of Austin was arrested Sept. 8 by BCSO: theft, criminal mischief. Released same day on $2,000 in bonds.

Tim Wayne Ratliff, 69, of Granite Shoals was arrested Sept. 8 by GSPD: expired registration, failure to appear. Released same day on personal recognizance.

Tori Rae Thompson, 17, of Meadowlakes was arrested Sept. 8 by BCSO: possession of a controlled substance. Released same day on $5,000 bond.

Billy Alexander Armas, 43, was arrested Sept. 9 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): driving while intoxicated.

Steven Jonathan Galvan, 27, of Slidell, Louisiana, was arrested Sept. 9 by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS): possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana. Released Sept. 10 on $6,500 in bonds.

Nina Caldelaria Hernandez, 46, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 9 by BCSO: bond forfeiture-theft of property.

Koy Michael Howard, 50, of Llano was arrested Sept. 9 by BCSO: failure to appear-driving while license is invalid, insufficient bond-driving while intoxicated. Released same day on $11,800 in bonds.

Tobias Koetter, 55, of Inez was arrested Sept. 9 by BCSO: aggravated sexual assault of a child (3 counts).

Gregory Jay Scott, 69, of Horseshoe Bay was arrested Sept. 9 by BCSO: bond revocation-driving while intoxicated. Released Sept. 10 on $60,000 bond.

Billy Alexander Armas, 43, was arrested Sept. 10 by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE): detainer.

Joseph Eugene Creel, 44, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 10 by BPD: manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.

Milton Escamilla Jr., 59, of Spring was arrested Sept. 10 by BCSO: aggravated sexual assault.

Bradley James Esch, 33, of Bertram was arrested Sept. 10 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): unlawfully carrying a weapon, driving while intoxicated. Released Sept. 11 on $4,000 in bonds.

Elide Johall Garcia Vences, 26, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 10 by BTPD: speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia. Released same day on $400 in bonds.

Cory Daniel Hisey, 40, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 10 by BCSO: theft of property.

Jacob Andrew Leader, 34, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 10 by BCSO: resisting arrest/search/transport, criminal mischief, driving while intoxicated.

Robert Issac Richards, 45, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 10 by BCSO: bond revocation-manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, assault causing bodily injury-family violence.

Aldercie Villalobos-Pacheco, 53, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 10 by BCSO: indecency with a child-sexual contact (2 counts).

Caylund Jacklyn Zamora, 33, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 10 by BCSO: motion to revoke probation-possession of a controlled substance.

Joseph Eugene Creel, 44, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 11 by BCSO: insufficient bond-evading arrest/detention with a vehicle.

Derick W. Fricke, 39, of Granite Shoals was arrested Sept. 11 by GSPD: obstruction/retaliation, silent/abusive calls to 911.

Brian Scott Guenst Jr., 45, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 11 by BSCO: bond revocation-assault causing bodily injury-family violence.

Cory Daniel Hisey, 40, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 11 by BCSO: assault on family/household member.

Anabella Figueroa Jenkins, 40, of Horseshoe Bay was arrested Sept. 11 by BCSO: driving while intoxicated (2 counts).

Ronald Bruse Wesley McKown, 55, of Blanco was arrested Sept. 11 by BCSO: driving while intoxicated.

Ossiel Miguel-Perez, 32, of Granite Shoals was arrested Sept. 11 by BCSO: failure to appear-evading arrest/detention.

Jorge Morales-Munoz, 28, was arrested Sept. 11 by ICE: detainer.

Rogelio Paz Jr., 25, of Granite Shoals was arrested Sept. 11 by BCSO: driving while intoxicated.

Erika Rochelle Smith, 32, of Kingsland was arrested Sept. 11 by BCSO: prohibited substance/item in a correctional/civic community center.
