Becky Fay Cochran, 58, of Spicewood was arrested Aug. 29 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance.

Brandon Michael Thomas Dehart, 28, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 29 by BCSO: SRA-indecency with a child-exposes, failure to comply with sex offender’s duty to register. Released same day on $35,000 in bonds.

Tiffany Roxane House, 48, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 29 by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS): possession of a controlled substance. Released Aug. 30 on $15,000 bond.

Michael Dale Molt, 39, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 29 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): bond forfeiture-driving while license is invalid. Released Aug. 30 on $3,500 bond.

David Xavier Ortiz, 32, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 29 by BCSO: commitment-possession of a controlled substance. Released Aug. 31 on credit for time served.

Dustin Wayne Peck, 44, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 29 by BCSO: obstruction/retaliation, driving while intoxicated.

Mary Lynne Sobtzak, 39, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 29 by BCSO: assault causing bodily injury-family violence. Released same day on $5,000 bond.

Eric Christopher Bachman, 52, of Houston was arrested Aug. 30 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): violation of bond/protective order. Released Aug. 31 on $2,500 bond.

Jovita Garza, 33, of Briggs was arrested Aug. 30 by BCSO: theft of property.

Cole Lawson Huiras, 19, of Pflugerville was arrested Aug. 30 by BCSO: possession of a controlled substance, false drug test/falsification device, minor in possession of tobacco.

Romario Marcus Pereles, 25, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 30 by BCSO: possession of a controlled substance.

Richard Wayne Wills, 46, of Buda was arrested Aug. 30 by BCSO: motion to adjudicate guilt-unlawfully carrying a weapon. Released same day on $4,000 bond.

Joshua Crawford, 21, of Pipecreek was arrested Aug. 31 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Released Sept. 1 on $50,500 in bonds.

Angel Enrique Garcia, 23, of Horseshoe Bay was arrested Aug. 31 by the Horseshoe Bay Police Department (HBPD): public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia. Released same day on $1,000 in bonds.

Mickel P. Lofton, 34, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 31 by BPD: driving while license is invalid.

Brittney Elizabeth Monte, 30, of San Antonio was arrested Aug. 31 by MFPD: possession of drug paraphernalia. Released Sept. 1 on personal recognizance.

Elmer Hernandez Perez, 38, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 31 by BCSO: continuous violence against the family. Released Sept. 2 on $25,000 bond.

Eduardo Salazar Jaimes, 30, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 31 by MFPD: driving while intoxicated. Released same day on $1,500 bond.

Tianna Marie Staley, 30, of Newberry Springs, California, was arrested Aug. 31 by BCSO: SRA-possession of a controlled substance.

Jessica Lynn Cooksey, 35, of Granite Shoals was arrested Sept. 1 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): assault of family/household member.

Kathy Dural, 54, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 1 by BCSO: assault by contact-family violence. Released Sept. 3 on $500 bond.

Arthur Odel Hopkins, 45, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 1 by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD): unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

Zachary Keith McDaniel, 61, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 1 by BCSO: injury to a child/elderly/disabled person, unlawful restraint-exposure to serious bodily injury, interfering with an emergency request for assistance.

Troy Dean Morey, 62, of Comanche was arrested Sept. 1 by BCSO: failure to appear-possession of a controlled substance.

Clinton Hunter Villanueva, 34, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 1 by BPD: driving while license is invalid. Released Sept. 2 on $1,500 bond.

James Robert Crook Jr., 62, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 2 by DPS: motion to revoke probation-bail jumping/failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance.

Aaron Dean Inman, 49, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 2 by BCSO: public intoxication.

Michael Andrew Unger, 25, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested Sept. 2 by MFPD: failure to appear, expired registration. Released Sept. 3 on $500 in bonds.

Dawson Lee Barnes, 26, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 3 by BPD: parole violation, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Valerie Lee Bowling, 40, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 3 by BCSO: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Alexander Joseph Cuevas, 24, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 3 by BCSO: motion to revoke probation-driving while intoxicated. Released Sept. 4 on $3,000 bond.

Adrian Donald Davis, 58, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 3 by MFPD: public intoxication.

William Austin James, 28, of Briggs was arrested Sept. 3 by BCSO: indecency with a child-exposure. Released Sept. 4 on $7,500 bond.

Ryan Dean Moore, 20, of Marble Falls was arrested Sept. 3 by the Llano County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO): insufficient bond-manslaughter.

Brian Curtis Schwartz, 41, of Bertram was arrested Sept. 3 by BCSO: hindering apprehension/prosecution. Released Sept. 4 on $10,000 bond.

Nasia Israela Dollinger-Tidey, 35, of Cedar Park was arrested Sept. 4 by BCSO: bond revocation-manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.

Arthur Odell Hopkins, 45, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 4 by BCSO: bond revocation-possession of a controlled substance.

Tobias Koetter, 55, of Inez was arrested Sept. 4 by DPS: aggravated sexual assault of a child, indecency with a child-sexual assault.

Andrew James McCormick, 21, of Granite Shoals was arrested Sept. 4 by BCSO: theft of a firearm, motion to revoke probation-evading arrest/detention, motion to revoke probation-burglary of vehicles, capias pro fine-no driver’s license, capias pro fine-failure to maintain financial responsibility.

Robert Richard Old, 46, of Burnet was arrested Sept. 4 by BCSO: assault on a family/household member.

Hayden Jeffery Swenson, 20, of Bertram was arrested Sept. 4 by BCSO: injury to a child/elderly/disabled person.

Leonel Enrique Trejo-Gonzalez, 33, of Grand Forks, North Dakota, was arrested Sept. 4 by BCSO: bond withdrawal-aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, bond withdrawal-criminal mischief.
