Mark Allen Teel, 64, passed away Aug. 30, 2025

Mark Allen Teel was born on August 27, 1961, in Midland, Texas, to John Clifford Teel and Deloris Vergina Stanley Teel. He went home to be with Jesus on August 30, 2025, at the age of 64.
Mark lived a full and joyful life, marked by his love for family, his faith in the Lord, and his many talents. He was a proud American who loved his country. In fact, he owned a red, white, and blue 1976 Pontiac Trans Am with an American flag design. Many people recognized him by that car. He found joy in being outdoors and doing the things he loved such as snowboarding, working on cars, and fixing just about anything that needed repair. His skills and resourcefulness were matched only by his kindness and willingness to lend a helping hand to others.
He was a devoted father to his daughters, Kayla Teel and Samantha Sutton, and a loving stepfather to Sean Riebel, Jennifer Sutton, Jessica Sutton, Paul Sutton, and Johnathan Sutton. Mark’s life was enriched by the bonds he shared with family and friends, and his legacy will continue through the many lives he touched.
Mark was preceded in death by his father, John Teel; his brother, Michael Teel; his sister, Lindsey Walker; and his son, Sean Riebel. He is survived by his mother, Deloris Teel; his brother, Danny Teel; his daughters, Kayla Teel and Samantha Sutton; his grandchildren, Kylie Teel and Forrest Ritter; and many other family members and dear friends who will carry his memory in their hearts.
A celebration of life will be held at the Marble Falls Church of Christ, 711 Broadway in Marble Falls, TX 78654, on September 20, 2025, at 11 a.m. All those whose lives were enriched by Mark’s presence are invited to attend and pay their respects.
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.”—Mark 12:30
