Schools offer free summer meals

Public school districts are serving free meals during the summer break. The breakfast and lunch schedules for Marble Falls, Burnet Consolidated, and Llano independent school districts are below.

MARBLE FALLS ISD
Runs June 2 through July 17
ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS: All children 18 years and younger as well as people with disabilities up to age 21.
LOCATIONS:
- Marble Falls Elementary, 901 Avenue U
- Highland Lakes Elementary, 8200 RR 1431 West in Granite Shoals
- Marble Falls Middle School, 1511 Pony Circle Drive
MEAL TIMES:
(Meals must be eaten on site in the cafeteria)
- Breakfast, 7:15-8:30 a.m.
- Lunch, 10:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

BURNET CISD
ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS: All children 18 years and younger.
LOCATIONS AND DATES:
- R.J. Richey Elementary, 500 Graves St. in Burnet—Breakfast from 8-8:30 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to noon Monday-Friday, June 2-Aug. 1 (closed June 30-July 4)
- Bertram Elementary School, 315 Main St. in Bertram—Pick up meal bundles (one per child per week) from 9-11 a.m. Mondays, June 2-July 28 (closed July 2-8).
- Hoover Valley Volunteer Fire Department, 303 CR 118B in Burnet—Pick up meal bundles (one per child per week) from 11 a.m. to noon Tuesdays, June 2-July 29 (closed July 2-8)

LLANO ISD
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Free to all students (no matter the school district) 18 years and younger.
LOCATIONS AND DATES:
Breakfast (7:30-8:45 a.m.) and lunch (11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.) served Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from June 2-26, at:
- Llano Elementary, 1400 Oatman St. in Llano
- Packsaddle Elementary, 150 Pioneer Lane in Kingsland
Meals must be consumed on campus. Parents may purchase a meal and eat with their child for $3.30 (breakfast) and $5 (lunch).
