The Phoenix Center is hosting a conversation about mental health from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 10 at Lakeside Pavilion, 306 Buena Vista Drive in Marble Falls. The community is invited. Admission is free.

The event, held on World Mental Health Day, is designed as an open dialogue on mental health with an information session led by Sarah Rosen Garrett, the founder and CEO of the Phoenix Center, a Horseshoe Bay-based facility that offers mental health care to children and their families.

The presentation aims to shed light on the impact of traumatic experiences on brain development while providing attendees with valuable tools, resources, and strategies to foster resilience in themselves and their loved ones, according to a Phoenix Center media release.

You can RSVP to the free event at the link.
