Clifford Wayne Coker, 79, of Kingsland died Feb. 17, 2017

Clifford Wayne Coker, 79, of Kingsland, Texas, passed away Feb. 17, 2017. He was born to John and Julia (Lassiter) Coker on Nov. 29, 1937, in Anderson County, Texas.

Mr. Coker was the associate pastor for the Christian Worship Center in Kingsland. He enjoyed golf, basketball, riding motorcycles, and fishing, but his passion was spending time with his boys.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Thelma Coker; sons, Clifford Coker Jr. and wife Stella of and Ray Coker, all of Kingsland; sister, Margarete Vannoy of Henderson; and granddaughter, Alana Coker.   

A memorial service is 11 a.m. March 11 at the Christian Worship Center in Kingsland.
