Samantha Ruth Scott, 91, of Llano died Feb. 12, 2016
Samantha Ruth Scott passed away Feb. 12, 2016, at the age of 91 in Llano, Texas. She was born Oct. 11, 1924, to Maudie Mae Martin and John L. Sullivan.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son Gary Lee McGee; brother J.L. Sullivan and wife Emily; sister Patty Matlock and husband Max; and brother-in-law Cornez Rankin.
Ruth is survived by son Randy Scott and wife Deb of Llano; granddaughters, Angie Bauman and husband Dale of Valley Spring and Dawnya Perry and husband Clay of Llano; great-grandchildren, Ashton Bollier, Baylor Jordan, Ashten Greenwood, Dalton Bauman, Caylyn Perry and Kollman Perry; and great-great-grandson Jax Jordan.
She is also survived by sisters Barbara Wallace and husband Bill of Kyle and Ruby Rankin of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service is 2 p.m. Feb. 22 at Llano City Cemetery.
