Larry Dale Campbell, 61, of Llano died Dec. 6, 2015. He was born June 4, 1954, to Grace Belle (Isenberger) and Roland Buren Campbell in Llano.
He loved his family and friends, the Dallas Cowboys, the University of Texas Longhorns (to whom he was a proud alumni), the San Antonio Spurs and the Llano High School Yellow Jackets. He also enjoyed singing and writing.
Survivors include daughter, Alison Campbell of Austin; son, Matthew Campbell of Austin; granddaughter, Alyssa Davila of Austin; sisters Margaret Austin of Seadrift and Shirley Amthor of San Saba; brother Arthur Edward Campbell of San Saba; and 16 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Mary Evelyn Harned and Dorothy Murchison; brother Roland Campbell Jr; and three brothers-in-law.
A memorial service is 11 a.m. Dec. 12 at Pittsburg Avenue Baptist Church with the Rev. Danny Meegan officiating. Burial will follow at Llano City Cemetery.
