Ronald Lance Naylor, 70, of Kingsland died Nov. 24, 2015

Ronald Lance Naylor, 70, of Kingsland passed away Nov. 24, 2015. He was born to James Naylor and Patricia Naylor Purcell on May 20, 1945, in Pomona, California.
He is survived by his younger brother, James Craige Naylor and wife Toni of Starr, Idaho. Also surviving are his three daughters: Natalie Naylor Holloway and husband Jeff Holloway of Darlington, Maryland; Laci Naylor Box and husband Greg Box of Midland; and Amy Naylor Simms and husband Gary Simms of Celina. Better known as “Poppi,” he is survived by grandchildren, Carson and Chase Holloway, Graci Kay and Ty Box, and Rylee and Haley Simms.
He was a longtime resident of El Paso, where he graduated from Ysleta High School in 1963. He went on to Schreiner College in Kerrville on a basketball scholarship. He retired as director of human resources for El Paso Natural Gas Co. in 1996.
Ron spent his retirement years in the Texas Hill Country. He enjoyed playing golf, watching sports, listening to music and spending time with friends. For many years, Ron coordinated the local Secret Santa organization. This provided toys and gifts to many families in the local area.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a new, unwrapped toy to continue the Secret Santa tradition.
