Robert Wilkins Jones Jr., 74, of Burnet died Aug. 9, 2015
Robert Wilkins Jones Jr., 74, of Burnet, Texas, passed away Aug. 9, 2015. He was born in Kansas on Jan. 17, 1941, the son of Robert Wilkins Jones Sr. and Laura Limb.
He graduated and received his master’s degree at the University of Missouri. Most of his life, he was an electrical engineer in Big Springs, Texas.
Robert loved working outdoors and being at the lake and loved spending time with his dog, Moxie.
Robert is survived by his son, Robert W. Jones III and wife Heather of Burnet; grandson, Tommy Jones; and granddaughters, Ryley Jones and Ashleigh and Miranda Smothers.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
