MARBLE FALLS — A 73-year-old Horseshoe Bay resident died Aug. 6 after a three-vehicle accident about 10:40 p.m.

Marble Falls Police Capt. Glenn Hanson said Donald Fraser was killed when a third vehicle struck his car and a second vehicle, sending one of them into the man.

“It started with a two-car accident in the 800 block of (U.S.) 281 South,” Hanson said.

Fraser and the driver of the second vehicle had gotten out of their vehicles following their accident, the captain said.

“As they were out of their cars, a third vehicle came up and struck their vehicles,” Hanson said.

One of the first two vehicles then hit the 73-year-old man.

Hanson said Fraser died at the scene. Police are still investigating the accident.
