Stephen SylvesterStephen Sylvester, 18, of Spicewood, Texas, left this world on July 17, 2015. Stephen arrived into this world the same way he lived, with as much spunk and glitter as any one person could handle.

He was born in Austin, Texas, on Sept. 9, 1996. He is the son of Andrea Sylvester and stepdad Dennis Levlon Jr. of Spicewood and Stephen and Lana Sylvester of Houston. Stephen is survived by his seven sisters, Alexandrea Sylvester and brother-in-law David Blanchard of Horseshoe Bay, Kolbee’ Sylvester and Naomi Sylvester of Spicewood, Rebekah and Elizabeth Sylvester of Houston and Julieanna and Addy Thomason of Spicewood. Stephen is survived by his three brothers, Draeton Levlon and Brantley Levlon of Spicewood and Matthew Sylvester of Houston; niece Sofia Grace of Spicewood; and grandparents Robert and Jacquelyn Thomason and Gary and Donna Wall. Stephen’s eight aunts, 10 uncles and 20 cousins will forever miss his beautiful spirit, contagious laughter, jokester spunk and heartwarming smile.

Stephen’s paternal grandparents, Sid and Connie Sylvester along with two uncles from his mother’s side, Jeffrey Nance and Marcus Thomason, and cousin Jossalyn Thomason met him at the pearly gates.

Stephen’s life will be honored with unconditional love, compassion and as much “fabulousity” as he lived. Stephen’s loyal companion and best friend Harlow will reside with her “Sissy.” She will be showered with love and spoiled just like Stephen treated her. Stephen’s passion and love for animals will be honored. Stephen leaves behind many friends and family members who love him very much.

  1. I did not know Stephen personal but I heard about you and how much you’re missed here.My condolences go out to your family 🙁 . rest easy man, you certainly left too soon

  2. My daughter, Morgan, and I will always delight at the little snaggle-toothed boy at the softball field who drew pictures for Morgan. We would always seek him out because he was so stinking cute. All smiles and hugs! We haven’t seen Stephen in ages, but he was one of those people you never forgot once you met him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Much Love – Sarah

  3. Dear Family,

I was very saddened to hear of this as I did not know Stephen but his Aunt Stephanie is my Daughter-n-Law. He was way too young to leave. Prayers for comfort and God’s love during this tragedy. I’m so sorry you have to go through this loss.Love and Prayers. Cheryle
