Realtors group offering scholarships to local graduates
MARBLE FALLS — The Highland Lakes Association of REALTORS is accepting applications for its annual scholarships.
The deadline is June 30.
The association is presenting scholarships to past graduates of Marble Falls, Llano, and Burnet high schools and Faith Academy of Marble Falls. Students must have graduated before Jan. 1, 2015.
To qualify, students must have attended at least one semester of college or technical or trade schools; hold at least a 3.0 grade-point average; and present supporting documentation as proof of GPA along with a completed application.
The association’s education committee will select final applicants with interviews occurring during the summer. Final selection and winner announcement will be made before the fall semester.
