marble falls stormsBrian Murphy of the city of Marble Falls Parks and Recreation Department uses a chain saw to cut branches into smaller pieces to be removed from Westside Park on May 29. The pieces were the result of a tree at the park that was uprooted because of a severe storm that passed through city around midnight. Murphy was one of several city crew members who were cutting and picking up tree branches at Westside and Johnson parks. More thunderstorms are in the forecast for the weekend in the Highland Lakes.
