Granite Shoals police investigate shooting incident at residence

GRANITE SHOALS — Authorities are investigating a shooting incident involving a man they found alone March 7 at a residence in the 300 block of East Greenbriar.
“The incident appears to be isolated, and there is no threat to public safety,” according to a news release from the Granite Shoals Police Department. “The identity of the victim is being withheld at this time.”
Police responded to a report of a shooting at 11:06 p.m. at the residence.
Officials said they are withholding details pending additional evidence connected to the investigation.
They ask the public to call the police department at (830) 598-4818 or Hill Country Crime Stoppers at 866-756-8477 to offer information that might be relevant to the case.
