Edward William “Bill” Bradshaw Jr. of Marble Falls, Texas, passed away Feb. 21, 2015, in Austin, Texas. Bill was born in Galveston, Texas, on Sept. 1, 1941, to Edward William Bradshaw Sr. and Velma Smith Bradshaw.

Bill will forever remain in all of our hearts with his many colorful stories and zest for life.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Deanna Dorchester Bradshaw of Marble Falls; mother, Velma Smith Leavell; sisters, Lois Ann Titus and Helen Beatrice Battistoni (husband James R.); son, Edward William Bradshaw III (wife Reene); and two loving grandsons, Edward William Bradshaw IV and Jason Dean Bradshaw, all of Dickinson; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Bill was an avid international hunter and photographer. As a registered landscape architect/contractor, he won recognition for many commercial projects he directed in Harris and Galveston counties and won national recognition from the White House. He had degrees from California State Polytechnic University and Pepperdine University. He was president of the Texas Association of Nurserymen and was selected as an outstanding alumni at Cal Poly.

Bill was a longtime member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Marble Falls.

A memorial and Episcopal celebration of life services were Feb. 28 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, 1805 U.S. 281 North in Marble Falls, (830) 693-4373.

The family has requested that memorials be made to: the Trinity Episcopal Church Endowment Fund, the Marble Falls Public Library, the Falls on the Colorado Museum or the charity of your choice.
