C.D. Frazor passed away peacefully from this life on Feb. 13, 2015, in Marble Falls, Texas. He was born Aug. 29, 1914, in Gonzales, Texas, and was the fifth child of James and Eleanora Frazor.

He was employed in 1941 as a city bus driver by the San Antonio Transit System, where he worked until his 1975 retirement. He enjoyed bowling, playing golf and cards and watching TV sports. Before retiring, he and his wife, Agnes, spent two weeks nearly every year exploring America by auto.  After retiring, they discovered cruising, where they made friends everywhere they traveled.

C.D. was preceded in death by his parents; five siblings; Agnes, his beloved wife of 53 years; his daughter’s mother, June Tagle; two nieces and two nephews.

He is survived by his daughter Janice Martin; former son-in-law James (Jack) Martin; granddaughter Leslie Ritter (Mark) and grandson Patrick Martin (Heather); great-grandchildren Christopher and Caroline Ritter, Shelby and Julie Martin and Cole Bandelman; nephews Don Frazor (Meme), Paul Peterson (Dawn) and Terry Frazor; nieces Becky Thaxton (Dean) and Ann Gunderson (Tony); and friends in San Antonio and Marble Falls.

C.D.’s family is indebted to Texas Home Health Hospice and the caring staff at Marble Falls’ Gateway Gardens.

A memorial service and interment is 1 p.m. March 6 at San Antonio’s San Fernando III Cemetery at 1735 Cupples Road.

In lieu of flowers, memorials for C.D. may be made to the Hill Country Humane Society/SPCA, P.O. Box 1041, Marble Falls, TX 78654-1041.
