Delia Luke, 94, of Burnet dies Nov. 22, 2014
Delia Luke, 94, of Burnet, Texas, passed away Nov. 22, 2014. She was born Sept. 9, 1920, in Ardmore, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Marion Todd Richerson and Sally Lloyd.
Delia and her husband, G.J. Luke, moved to the area in 1978 and started their businesses. Delia was known and loved by many.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Barney and Ruth of Spring Branch; son and daughter-in-law Billy and Sandra Luke of Boerne; son and daughter-in-law Jesse and Brenda Luke of Burnet; daughter and son-ion-law Carolyn and Wayne Jean of Burnet; daughter and son-in-law Linda and Butch Turner of Burnet; son and daughter-in-law Butch and Cathy Luke of Burnet; daughter and son-in-law Sarah and Gayland Hamilton of Marble Falls; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was Nov. 24 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, 306 Texas 29 East in Burnet, (512) 756-2222. Interment followed at Liberty Hills Cemetery in Liberty Hill.
