Clifford L. Larson, 81, of Kingsland, Texas, passed away Oct. 8, 2014. He was born to Willard and Viola (Boomgarden) Larson on June 14, 1933, in Belvidere, Illinois.

Mr. Larson proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and spent some time in Germany. He returned home and worked for 30 years in the National Grey Iron Foundry and also for the Illinois Tollway in Belvidere.

Clifford enjoyed woodworking and working his puzzle books.

Mr. Larson is survived by a daughter, Cathie Larson of Moline, Illinois; stepdaughters, Laurel Kant of Winnebago, Illinois, and Rebecca Stittleburg of Kingsland; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and brother John Larson of Temple.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Gayle Larson; and his wives, Jessie Dorsey and Elizabeth Goodmanson.

A graveside service is 1 p.m. Oct. 27 at Belvidere Cemetery in Belvidere.
