OBITUARY: Timothy Edward Hunziker, 61, of Burnet dies July 30, 2014

Timothy Edward “Tim” Hunziker, 61, passed away at his home in Burnet on July 30, 2014, surrounded by his mother, wife, children and lots of friends. He was born Dec. 10, 1952, in Kerrville to L.B. and Della Bell Hunziker and was a lifelong resident of Burnet.
Tim was employed by National Tree Service for 20 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his children, grandchildren and his other family members and friends. He was an avid NASCAR fan of No. 29 and traveled to as many races as he could.
Tim is survived by his mother, Della Bell Hunziker; his wife of 42 years, Butch Hunziker; daughters, Jena Raymer and husband Chris and Heather Hunziker and husband Bryan Muccigrossi; son T.J. Hunziker and wife Mandy; and grandchildren, Michelle Goad, Destiny Muccigrossi, Bodie Muccigrossi, Halee Muccigrossi, Ty Hunziker, Dylan Hunziker, Courtney and Patti Raymer and Jade Waldam. Tim is also survived by his brother, Ronnie Hunziker and wife Ruth; son Patrick Goad; as well as many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was loved and will be truly missed. Michelle was his shining Light.
A visitation is 6-8 p.m. Aug. 1 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, 306 Texas 29 East in Burnet, (512) 756-2222. A funeral service is 10 a.m. Aug. 2 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Oatmeal Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Rickey Bell, John Bell, Bryan Muccigrossi, Mike Dalland, Zeke Vickers and Patrick Goad.
