OBITUARY: Margie Era Moore, 88, of Kingsland dies April 23, 1014
Margie Era Moore of Kingsland, Texas, passed away peacefully April 23, 2014, at the age of 88. She was born Aug. 13, 1925, in Poolville, Texas, to Jacob and Bertha L. (Liner) Williford.
She was a resident of Kingsland since 1970, coming from Lubbock, Texas. Margie was a member of First Baptist Church of Kingsland.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Moore, in 2004.
Survivors include sons, Lonnie Womack and wife Debbie of Colorado and Travis Culwell Moore and wife Barbara of Sweetwater; stepsons, Robert Moore Jr. of Brownwood, Ennis Moore and wife Carol of Kingsland and Wayne Moore of Texarkana, Texas; daughter, Era Lea Marion of Kingsland; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation is 5-7 p.m. April 27 at Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Home, 900 Industrial in Kingsland, (325) 388-6767. A funeral service is 2 p.m. April 28 at the funeral home with the Revs. Doug Lindley and Bubba Stahl officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park in Burnet County.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Kingsland.
